Toros Impex is a custom apparel manufacturer specializing in Sports Wear, Fitness Wear, Casual Wear, Gym Wear, Work Wear, and Fight Wear. We provide OEM, private label, and fully customized manufacturing solutions for businesses, brands, clubs, and organizations worldwide.
3. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are provided based on the specifications supplied by the customer.
An order is considered confirmed only after both parties agree on the product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and production details.
Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges and revised production timelines.
4. Custom Products
As all products are manufactured according to customer requirements, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, sizes, colors, logos, measurements, and specifications before production begins.
Toros Impex is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.
5. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an official quotation or invoice has been issued.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Production begins only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before shipment unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may delay production or shipment.
7. Production & Delivery
Production time depends on product type, order quantity, and customization requirements.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
8. Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Toros Impex is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping companies.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly manufactured custom orders.
If a manufacturing defect or production error caused by Toros Impex is identified, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Verified issues will be reviewed, and appropriate solutions such as replacement, repair, or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, artwork, and designs submitted for production.
Toros Impex is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.
11. Product Variations
Minor differences in color, fabric texture, printing placement, embroidery, or sizing may occur due to manufacturing processes and should not be considered defects.
12. Limitation of Liability
Toros Impex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

All content, images, graphics, text, and materials on this website are the property of Toros Impex unless otherwise stated.
